Media Center Hours

The Media Center is located beside the office. The hours are 8:00-2:30 for students and 7:15- 3:10 for teachers.

If you are considering volunteering in the EES Library, please contact Mrs. Quinn.  

AR Home Connect

 Parents can use Home Connect to view student quiz scores, progress towards goals, and books that have been quizzed on.  Simply use your child's login information to enter the site.  To receive emails each time your student quizzes on a book, click on the email button in the top, right corner.

AR Book Find

Use AR Book Find to search for books that have Accelerated Reader quizzes.  This site will give you a book's level, points, rating, and more.

Alabama Virtual Library

 AVL is absolutely free (funded by the state) and provides access to essential library and information resources.  It is primarily a group of databases that have magazine, newspaper, and journal articles.  Some of the resources include a Biography Resource BankBritannica Elementary, and Encyclopedia of Alabama.

Book Donations

The EES Media Center gladly accepts gently used books.  We also hold a Book Drive in the Spring of each school year.

The Eclectic Elementary Media Center will be a hub for teaching and learning of all members of the community by providing access to quality collections and technologies during and beyond the school year.
