My name is Ms. Johnnetta Floyd-Lewis and I am delighted to be your child’s GATE teacher for the upcoming school year.  I am beginning my 26th year of teaching this year and I am very excited to begin my 14^th year with you at Eclectic Elementary/Middle School (3^rd- 6^th). I taught previously in Dallas, TX; Atlanta, GA; Montgomery, AL and joined Elmore County in January of 2012. I attended Alabama State University; where I received a BS Degree in Computer Information Systems, Texas A&M; where I received a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education Specializing in Reading, Troy University-Dothan; where I received a Master’s Degree in Gifted Education and Auburn University-Montgomery; where I received an Education Specialist Degree in Elementary Education. My son, Robert is a graduate of MS State Univ., my daughter, Jordona is a student at Alabama State Univ. and my four-legged child, Remy Martyn is home schooled (lol). I am looking forward to a great and safe school year!
